  2. Hi Carrie,
This is what my husband went through I almost lost him, He has been hospitalized 3 times since then. He was diagnosed with pneumonia, and ended up with arrhythmia in which he had an ablation, his heart seems to be doing well and has shrunk to its normal size.
Shortly before this started he had been exposed to high levels of diesel exhaust inside a tunnel after ascending from 2030 ft to 6400 ft in 4 hours. He did continue several times a week from 2030 ft to 6400 ft in 4 hours one night he would sleep at 2030 ft and next night at 6400 ft. He did this on a regular basis. With the exposure to diesel exhaust and constant change of altitude and oxygen content over many years, I wonder if these things have an effect on his health maybe his system is confuse and doesn’t know what to do? He seemed to get pneumonia when it was cold. He is on full time oxygen but Pulmonary Doctor says there are no signs of pneumonia, his lung function tests are normal, and MRI looks good, but his blood oxygen is still low with any activity and has a bad cough.

  3. Breathing is so important and something that while natural is being taught to more and more adults. Laughter does a similar thing in helping circulating blood. It puts oxygen into the bloodstream and makes us feel so much better.

  4. Hi Carrie,

The castor oil therapy is very interesting as well as limbic breathing. I had to Google limbic breathing to read more about it.

When I work out with my trainer, he usually makes me focus on my breathing and reminds me to slowly inhale and exhale. We breathe but rarely focus on how we are breathing!

I wonder if I can find castor oil here in Italy and will check out maybe the organic shops. That therapy sounds like it kills two birds with one stone – assist with targeted weight loss and more oxygen!

    • Aloha Diana,
Gotta get my techie gal to fix my link color. If you hover you’ll see that I have included links to all information that I elude to in this post.

The simple stuff is the most effective health care you can get! Ya just gotta be consistent!

      Many blessings,
      Carrie

  5. H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) is, indeed, one of those compounds that works wonders. The most important thing to recognize is that its potency decreases with storage. If your bottle is a year old- and you’ve opened it, dump it on some stains you need to clean and buy a new bottle. If you’ve never opened it, then you have another six months or so.
Great reminder for folks who never were introduced to the compound- for a mouthwash (and teeth brightener), for topical disinfectant, for open wounds (it hurts!)… enought.
    Great post, again.

    • Aloha Roy,
I don’t keep Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide around my house long. I use it for all of the above, plus I follow an oral regiment as well. Bathing uses up quite a bit. I had wondered about it being perishable, didn’t realize it loses potency though. You are always a great resource for valuable info! Thanks so much for your insight!

      Many blessings,
      Carrie
