  1. hellow.i m lossing so much hair, can u suggest how i should apply castor oil n how long i should keep it on my hair?plz reply asap!!!!!!!thanks..

    • Aloha Rain,

First off, I’d stop using “drug store shampoo”.

MOST shampoo is harsh on your hair. My daughter has had great luck with WEN products for hair.

I also use castor oil on my hair. Just apply a very small amount to your finger tips and rub your hands together until you warm the oil. Then massage your head with your very lightly oiled hands.

Is your air and water reliably pure? Mold can be a serious issue! Please check into this possibility.

Let me know how it’s going.

      Many blessings,
      Carrie

  2. I have been using it around my entire waist, then wrapping myself in tight with saram wrap, then wrapping exercise belts around my waist while working out and sitting in the steam room. I definitely think I am getting firmer and the sweat released from my waist when I cut the saram wrap off is amazing!! Question, would doing this also help the cellulite around my thighs??

    • Aloha Dawn,
I don’t know that I’d use plastic wrap the way you describe.

Castor oil works because it causes oxygen to function more effectively.

As far as cellulite, we are talking surface fat. Caffeine is a huge contributor to this type of issue. Reduce caffeine and you will likely see a reduction. Castor oil does make oxygen work more effectively, so I’d imagine castor oil applied to your thighs might help. Though, I’d suggest you skip the plastic wrap. You can sleep with a castor oil rub for therapeutic effect as well as working out. The less mental activity the better.

Thanks for your questions and for making such an effort at self care. We can only love others as much as we love ourselves. I guess that means self care makes the world a better place!

      Many blessings,
      Carrie

  3. Hey!!
presently i am using castor oil on the eyebrows and eyelashes but if it helps in generatin hair follicles on our body, does it mean my face will get hairier??

  4. Hey there i’m a new mommy and struggling with the flabby tummy. I’m definitely trying the castor oil tip!! Keeping my fingers crossed 🙂

  5. Do you mind if I quote a few of your articles as long as I provide credit and sources
back to your blog? My blog is in the exact same area of interest as yours and my users would truly benefit from a
lot of the information you present here. Please

    • Aloha Amanda,
Just go to your local natural food store and see what they’ve got.

If you test with 1/4 tsp for sensitivities you may have before you use it liberally, you should be just fine with it.

Castor oil is very thick! Really rub it in your hands til you warm it up to spread it easier.

Using it on your face and hair sure is helpful too. I guess since Castor oil is oxygen’s best friend it helps in every way you use it! Health and wellness all comes back to oxygen. What a blessing from nature! Enjoy!

      Many blessings,
      Carrie

  6. I originally got castor oil to help improve my midsection, however after doing research I found that castor oil can help with hair loss. Being the researcher that I am, I put the castor oil on my head and wow! In just one day I noticed more healthy hair. I decided to keep doing that just to see what happened. I started to notice that my hands were growing new hair! WELL! Castor oil helps grow new hair from follicles that I thought did not exist! Moving further along, I noticed that castor oil was making the skin on my hands so smooth! I thought, well I havn’t made a mistake yet, why not try it on my face? In a week I have noticed remarkable improvement in my facial skin as well! The fine lines are almost gone, the bags under my eyes have slightly decreased, my eyelashes are growing back and my eyebrows are becoming thicker. Just yesterday I noticed signs of a unibrow returning too (ha! ha!). Best of all my face is getting sharper features that I had in my 20’s. My chicks are not as puffy as before. My chin is becoming stronger. My face is less round. All from God created castor oil! This could mean that the castor oil, created by God Himself, a NATURAL source of health, was it melting the fat from my face? My double chin, while not gone, is less prominent, my face is becoming sharper. If this is the case. Then I am sure it will work on my midriff. I only used it once on my stomach before experimenting on other parts of my body! Wow this is a doozy of a health aid!

    • Aloha Taz,
You’ve got that right! I use it on my hair and face as well. Great stuff!

Mid-riff use is a must. Reduce your mid-riff fat, reduce your risk of cardiovascular incidents!

      Enjoy!

      Many blessings,
      Carrie

  7. Aloha Becky!
I do breastfeeding to my son and I have normal delivery. I’m hoping to reshape my body after few months because I’ve seen flab in my stomach and my belly is big. It looks like pregnant again. Breast feed can lose weight and hoping it works.
    Thanks 🙂

    • Aloha Shante,

Test your tolerance with a quarter teaspoon, If you tolerate that, then use 2 tablespoons full. Heat it on a large cooking spoon with a flame to thin the thick oil and then rub it all over your mid-riff or sore aching joints and muscles. It makes a great facial moisturizer as well!

      Easy as pie!

      Be well,
      Carrie

  10. Wow, Carrie, this is fabulous! I loved watching Dr. Ali’s video. You’re right. He really knows his stuff. I’ve known about castor oil since I was a kid but the only use I was aware of was for constipation. Dr. Ali is even suggesting using it as an alternative to expensive facial creams! And we all know how much THAT stuff costs. Plus I haven’t talked to anyone who’s ever really gotten satisfactory results from a $200 jar of beauty cream.

Thanks for sharing this awesome information — keep the good stuff coming our way!

    • Aloha Melanie!

Glad to share, I am using it heavily right now for TMJ pain. I’m thinking it was caused by a reaction to Novocain and I’ll tell you, it is helping more than anything else has! What a nightmare, hope it clears up soon! My dentist wants back in my mouth! You know how important dental health is for preventing heart disease!

Love love love it as a face cream. Though not in the morning before leaving the house. It feels so heavy here in the tropics. I use it as a treatment as opposed to daily maintenance.

Thanks so much for coming by!

      Many blessings,
      Carrie
