  1. I do agree that you can employ simple steps to shave off those excess weight of yours. Exercise is one of the typical yet worthwhile method. Though they don’t give overnight results they are proven and who says that success come easy ways, right?

    • Aloha bustier,
What could be easier than Castor Oil therapy? It doesn’t work over night, but I have been astonished at how fast I’ve seen results in myself and my client.

Your journey to abundant health is so much easier when you have the support of a like minded group!

I’ve tried your method in the past. Thanks for sharing, I think it’s time to give it a try again. I feel great when I get my water. Remembering is only half the battle with me, there is some resistance there too. But hey, I know what it takes to feel great, and I can hold myself accountable!

      Cheers!

  3. Wow! So much information in one blog post! You really know your stuff! I am a big believer in drinking the water. I drink 8 glasses a day and even write it down to be sure I get them all in 🙂

    • Love it Martha!

I recently embraced the idea of scheduling my sleep since it is SO important.

    • Aloha Maureen,

There are lots of detox programs out there. Especially when your health is already compromised, detox can be down right dangerous! I trust the Food Matters folks. They know their stuff, and they help you get more comfortable with using foods as your medicine. Food really does matter, and detox really can be safe!

      Be well!

  4. I try to drink 5 or 6 big glasses of water each day. This really helps me lose weight. I need to work on more deep breathing. I have metal plates in my leg so I can’t run, but I can get my heart rate up on a stationary bicycle.
    Very interesting article.

    • Aloha Janette,
The secret to getting more oxygen is SLOW exhale.

I love Dr. Ali’s Limbic Breathing technique. It is one of the basics we use in the Increasing Your Oxygen program.

Don’t think about your inhale, let your body do it. Just focus on slow exhale.

      Be well,
      Carrie

    • Hi Michelle,

If you have aging relatives make sure to bring the subject of hydration up with them.

Most of the elderly admitted to the hospital are dangerously dehydrated. Such a simple thing, but so important!

      Be well,
      Carrie
