IF eating healthy is all you need to worry about in order to “be healthy”, then you just have to figure out what exactly “healthy eating” is.
I mean there is a lot of differing opinion out there.
Low fat, low carb, vegetarian … who are you to believe?
You won’t get any argument from me that you are what you eat.
Eating fresh vegetables and fruit everyday is definitely healthy eating.
The more you shop in the produce section the better off you are!
Chili fries probably won’t improve your your health or support your weight loss effort, but will they deteriorate your health as part of an “UN-healthy diet plan? Are those fries killing you? Or is it something else?
The question is … is good food the only thing you need to stay healthy?
1. It is a valid argument that our soil is extremely depleted so supplementing is necessary to nourish yourself properly.
Even when you supplement your nutrition, you may have an unusually high need for a specific nutrient. Until you meet ALL your needs, your health will suffer.
2. If you don’t move … Sedentary Death Syndrome will do you in no matter what you eat.
Be active!
You will die prematurely from absolutely every disease process if you are inactive.
Move it or lose it.
Healthy eating won’t save you from Sedentary Death Syndrome … period!
3. If your environment is toxic, you are vulnerable to dis-ease.
Your environment is filled with noxious fumes that you inhale each and every breath. If you think this doesn’t cause disease, think again.
4. Toxic thoughts are deadly.
Healthy eating is in vain if you poison yourself with your thoughts.
The nocebo effect can kill you the same way that the placebo effect can heal you.
Your mind is extremely powerful as your enemy AND your ally!
5. You may be misinformed about what “healthy eating” actually IS!
If bread, cereal, and diet soda are on your healthy eating list, you are misinformed.
If healthy eating isn’t the answer to your suffering, what is?
Don’t get me wrong, your food choices are very important to your health and well being.
The point here is that if you are suffering, the most effective way to address your symptoms is with your breathing.

That is a huge claim wouldn’t you say?
