    • Aloha Sheri,
      I’m so glad you asked!

An unhealthy relationship with your food contributes to heart failure because it is a major cause of chronic inflammation. Blood sugar imbalance creates havoc in your body! The whole “Diabesity” issue that Dr. Hyman talks about is HUGE! The way diabetes and obesity are treated today is contributing to an epidemic of heart failure!

I love Dr. Hyman because he keeps it simple.

Drugging symptoms is a band-aid approach. Removing cause allows true healing.

In this article, Dr. Hyman is making an awesome point. It isn’t just WHAT you eat … it’s WHY you eat it!

As half of the Menopause Coach team I know you can relate to the challenges of weight loss with aging. It isn’t just about the changes that occur with aging, it’s also about the emotional issues that fuel unconscious eating.

Message me if so, and we can make plans to put together a call that will help our communities to support each other and address the feelings that fuel emotional eating. When you understand the consequences of emotional eating, you have more motivation to create change, but without the support of a caring community it’s hard to change your relationship with food!

So many folks sabotage their self care with emotional eating. Let’s arm them with some skills to overcome this harmful behavior and unleash their beauty and brilliance!

      I’m game if you are!

      Many blessings,

      • Hi Carrie,
It’s not only what I am eating, but also what’s eating me!!!
I live in Brampton, ON Canada, is there a community close to home?
