Is Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide Dangerous?

food-grade-hydrogen-peroxide

Have you ever used hydrogen peroxide therapy?

As the “Life Breath Coach” I frequently recommend it.  There are always a LOT of questions before Life Breath Club Members will actually put that recommendation into action.  There seems to be a lot of fear over this safe and simple remedy.

In their defense, if you “Google it”, you might be afraid to go ahead and give food grade hydrogen peroxide a try, too!

The FDA warns of stomach ulcers and there seems to be evidence that hydrogen peroxide destroys “new cells”.

Better safe than sorry, right?  WRONG!

“But wait, if the FDA is warning me that hydrogen peroxide isn’t safe, perhaps I should just leave it alone.”

Is that what you are thinking?

Hold On A Minute.  Unless … Continue reading Is Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide Dangerous?

How Do I Get My Ankles To Stop Swelling?

Are You Concerned About Metoprolol Side Effects?

pill bottle

What’s in your little yellow bottle?

When you go to the doctor, the “help” he/she offers usually comes in a little yellow bottle.

If you are like most people, you take what your doctor gives you.

Do you wonder if it’s the right option, or do you just take the pill?

It’s a really good idea to at least check out the side effects for the drug you have just been given BEFORE you swallow it!

Should you be concerned about Metoprolol side effects or would you rather let your doctor worry about that?

I mean, your doctor wouldn’t give you a drug that would cause you harm, would he/she?

It’s easy to trust your doctor because you know that your doctor knows more than you do.

The problem is that your doctor has been educated by an educational system with incredible bias built in.  The drug companies that subsidize your doctor’s education are invested in making sure that your doctor’s job is to drug your symptoms!

Many doctors feel fearful to even tell you that nutrition is one choice for managing your symptoms.  Nutrition is MUCH safer than drugs and the side effects that come with them, so why so much concern about nutritional advice?

The fear of nutrition is not about your well being, it’s about their liability.

Your doctor isn’t liable if the drug he (or she) gives you KILLS you, but he is worried that he may risk his livelihood by giving you solid harmless advice.

The drug companies as well as the corn refiners want you to “ask your doctor” for advice.

Yet, clinical nutritionists who should know nutritional facts much better than any other doctor are threatened to cease and desist from telling you the bitter truth.

Drugging symptoms is not removing cause and high fructose corn syrup is NOT corn sugar, it is poison.  Those are 2 facts your Clinical Nutritionist can tell you are true, but they will be threatened when they say it!

The truth will suppress profits and the powers that be know it.

Today I want to talk to you about a drug that I see so often that it concerns me.

Do you take Metoprolol?

You need to know all the facts if you do.

After reading the following information re-posted from another web site, you may decide you’d like to explore alternatives before agreeing to drug yourself with Metoprolol.

Is Your Body Shutting Down Dying?

body shutting down dying

Some folks are drama queens, you never know when to take them seriously.

But if you are seriously feeling your body shutting down … dying … then I hope you can get someone to listen to you!

I’m not saying that YOU are a drama queen, but I’ve seen so many people STRUGGLE getting the care they need!

It leaves me wondering, “why won’t your doctor listen to you?”.

My good friend, Terri, had advanced heart failure before they decided to listen to her.

I miss her.

It wasn’t all the doctor’s fault though.

Terri just wouldn’t complain very loudly.

Days before her death she said, “I put up with it too long”.

She was referring to having constant diarrhea for over a year that she couldn’t get anyone to address.

Terri died because Continue reading Is Your Body Shutting Down Dying?

Does Every Pain Deserve Pain Pills?

When you are in pain you want it to stop!

How long do you allow pain before you medicate it?

The way I see it, there are two kinds of pain.Discover the Secrets of Stress Management

One is about growth.

The other is about injury or degeneration.

My father taught me the lesson of positive pain.

When I was eleven, I started taking judo lessons.

My dad was there offering “moral support”.

“Just pull with your arms more!”

“Twist your hip and get under your opponent!”

Dad’s suggestions were not helpful during the confusion of a judo match.

I finally just got so frustrated that I blurted out, “If it’s so easy, you do it!”

It was pure frustration on my part, but my dad rose to my challenge and joined the judo club!

The first day of practice he became so exhausted after five minutes he had to stop and sit for the remainder of the hour.  He said later that his first thought was, “I’m too old for this!”

The next day seemed confirmation!

As he struggled to get out of bed he wondered about the wisdom of this decision.  He could just quit!  Nobody expected the old man to hang in there.

Dad said what kept him going Continue reading Does Every Pain Deserve Pain Pills?
