  2. I am new to this site. Hope I can gain insight to a problem I have been diagnosed with. I am 52. I need to loose about 45 to 50 pounds to be down to my normal weight. Trying to do this now. Except for high blood pressure I have always as far as I know been pretty healthy most of my life but in June of 2009 was told I needed a stent to the LAD. In October 2009 was told left main was blocked and needed double bypass. My only symptoms I had was shortness of breath and fatigue at that time. In July 2010 was told I have diastolic congestive heart failure. However specialist said it wary mild. I did see a lung specialist a few times this last year for breating problems because despite surgery this seems to have gotten worse. AFter all his tests he said I bascially was decondition and to exercise more. I told my heart dr. I had a seep study before which showed hypoxemeia at night but nothing was ever done and he order a new one this month and it showed my 02 would go down to as low as 75 at night with an average of 85 to 88. They put me on a 02 concentrator at 2 liters. New pulse ox with 02 shows that my lowest was 85 for a few seconds but still was not up to 92. They recommended nothing else. On your blog it said oygen should not be less than 92. What should I do. I am worried

    • Aloha Teresa,
You should be worried. It sounds like your issues are not being appropriately addressed!

To advise you I’d have to know your history.

2 liters of oxygen is NOT going to meet your needs unless it keeps your level at 92%!

“Your Sacred Breathing Hand Book” will teach you why breathing more won’t give you more oxygen and if you are consistent it will bring relief quickly!

      Many blessings,
      Carrie
