Are asthma and stiff necks related?
What the heck do either of them have to do with heart failure?
Asthma is considered to be a disease that inflames and narrows the airways. When your airways are inflamed and narrow, you usually wheeze.
However, it is good to know that some people don’t really “wheeze”, they just stop moving air through their lungs.
When your health care provider listens to your lungs they may assume that your lungs are “clear” (or “good to go”), when in fact they are hearing an absence of air flow.
NO AIR FLOW IS MUCH WORSE THAN NOISY AIR FLOW!
Your lungs must move air or you are sunk!
Are you aware that your stiff neck is caused by the same type of inflammatory process that causes wheezing?
Inflammation is the cause of most chronic illness.
When your needs aren’t met, and you deplete your resources, you feel it.
If you are uncomfortable in any way, it’s safe to say that inflammation is playing a role in your disease process.
From your sore back to your constantly dripping sinuses, to sudden onset heart failure, reversing the causes of inflammation will make you feel better!
- Eat more fruits and veggies
Eating alkaline – anti inflammatory foods over time will really help.
- Get active
Exercise and aerobic circulation are extremely helpful in reducing inflammation.
(Aerobic circulation ->Meaning being active with plenty of oxygen.)
- Tumeric
Tumeric is one great natural anti-inflamatory!
- Vitamin C is so useful in reducing inflammation!
One of the most powerful things I do each day to self nurture is to take high dose vitamin C.
In fact, I strongly recommend an over the counter product called Emergen-C. Many of my healer friends advise not using Emergen-C if you experience anxiety when you take it.
I like to encourage a little patience when you begin utilizing this powerful supplement. Anxiety can be caused by heavy duty detoxing, which is a good thing for your body to be doing.
Utilize Heart Math’s Em Wave, the on the go stress management tool to help you whether the emotional storm as your body cleans house and creates vitality.
Detox isn’t always comfortable, but coming out the other side you will feel like a new improved version of yourself!
