Could A Striv Pedometer Get You Off The Couch?

It’s The Life Breath Coach here, bringing you a great idea for getting off the couch!

If you’ve done much reading here on Heart Failure Solutions you know that you will die early of every cause of death from Sedentary Death Syndrome IF you are not active.

Heart Failure may feel like a reason to avoid being active, but physical activity is a must if you hope to recover and get your life back!

It’s not an option!  You NEED to be active in order to strengthen your heart muscle.

Heart Failure IS a progressive weakening of your heart muscle.  Reversing that process means slowly gaining strength by being active while you bathe your cells in oxygen.

“Your Sacred Breathing Hand Book” gives you a specific plan for unlearning bad breathing habits.

“Easy Oxygen” is an easy to follow guide for utilizing various oxygen supplements for effectiveness and safety.

However, neither of these books from The Life Breath Coach can give you a full recovery without plenty of activity!

Sedentary Death Syndrome will kill you!

The good news is that it isn’t as hard to be active as you think it is!

Recently a friend told me about the Striv Pedometer.  You are gonna want to check this out!

This particular friend is really jazzed about helping others.  His wife’s entire business is built around helping others change the world, literally!  Bill and Gina only like to work with people who are serving the world and making a difference.  These are the business owners that Gina wants to help thrive!

Bill has had a hard time losing weight for quite a while now.  He and Gina are so busy they have a hard time prioritizing exercise and their traveling life style makes healthy eating a challenge.

The Striv Pedometer really got Bill hooked on walking because every step he takes earns drinking water for people all around the world.

He LOVES that!  He’s not dreading his walk, he’s celebrating the drinking water he is donating!

One side effect Bill didn’t anticipate was a MUCH happier DOG!  Fritz was rescued by Bill and Gina a couple years ago and he has had anxiety issues ever since.  Bill didn’t realize that his new found love for walking would give his four legged buddy such relief.  Bill walks Fritz boys little legs right off him these days, and Fritz LOVES it!

  • drinking water for the world
  • weight loss
  • happy dog

Check out the Striv Pedometer and see how it changes your life!

Will Building a Close Knit Community Protect You From Heart Bypass Surgery?

Family-Love -300

Heart bypass surgery has become painfully common.>

This type of invasive procedure is “routine” and we have become use to accepting it as an ugly part of the aging process.

Does heart disease run in your family?

Do you anticipate needing heart bypass surgery in your future?

If your parents suffered from heart disease, can you expect to suffer from heart disease?

Don’t buy into this bunk philosophy.  It just isn’t true.

WAY back in the 1960’s the world of science was baffled by a town that did not suffer from heart disease.

Every possibility was explored in search of an explanation and when every stone had been unturned Continue reading article →

What Does An Epidemic of Heart Failure Have To Do With Emotional Eating?

You may hear argument that there is NOT an epidemic of heart failure.

It would be nice to put heart disease behind us.

However, heart disease is still killing us more than everything else.

Emotional eating has everything to do with heart failure.  Think about the things you do everyday instead of thinking in terms of “someday”.

Surviving a heart attack “someday”, does not mean that you won’t suffer heart failure within a year!

Heart failure is no joke, but at first you may not notice it much.

But by the time the disease process advances, you become painfully aware of what heart failure feels like.

Heart failure will erase YEARS of your life time earning potential costing you millions!

Heart failure will cost you the gift of watching your grand children grow.

The planet is facing an epidemic of heart failure and if you don’t figure out how to avoid it, you may become a victim before you know you have a problem!

Today I’ve decided to curate a post from Dr. Mark Hyman because so much of the issues surrounding heart failure happen because Continue reading article →

UPDATE  March 3, 2012

It’s important to realize that the seriousness of what you are dealing with urgently calls for you to take action.

Your chance to recover from debilitating illness largely depends on your awareness of exactly what it is that you need to do.

The harm caused by pharmaceutical drugs is another possible obstacle.

The tools are here for you to utilize.  Only you can receive this gift.  If your loved one can’t see the value in simple change you can’t want it FOR them.

This is NOT pie in the sky!  This is real hope and real solution.

Starting sooner than later is a really great idea, but even if you are already in dire straights, the information you’ll find here is about what you can do RIGHT NOW to help yourself.

What’s done is done.  Are you ready to step up for yourself?

=============================================================================================================================

If you are wondering about the stages of dying from heart failure, you or your loved one are probably late in the disease process.

By the time heart failure is diagnosed, you have already been suffering from heart disease for years.

If your doctor says your heart failure was caused from “a virus of unknown origin”, that information is not helpful.

Heart disease IS a disease of the circulating blood.

Bacteria and viruses may very well contribute to the growing disease in your circulating blood, but Continue reading article →

How Soon Will COPD Stages Damage Your Quality of Life?

How Soon Will COPD Stages Cause Harm

If you know what COPD stands for, you probably heard it from your doctor, or someone you know who has COPD.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, or COPD, is code word for “can’t exhale”.

If you can’t get the stale air out, you can’t reload with fresh air.

Lung disease is progressive.  It sneaks up on ya.

COPD stages happen a little at a time.
Pam called me when she came home from her doctors office with a “mild copd” diagnosis.

“How can I have copd?” she asked.

“I don’t smoke.”

“They said it might be all the years I lived with a wood stove as my heat source.”

I told Pam that I could hear her upset, and just wanted to encourage her to make the most of her lung health.

“After all, mild copd means that you have time to optimize your lung function and minimize damage.”

“How in the world do I do that?” she asked. Continue reading article →
