Do You Become Accustomed To Low Oxygen Saturation Levels?

Low Oxygen Levels

You may hear that low oxygen saturation is nothing to worry about because your body “get’s use to it”.

Don’t buy into this argument!

The “oxy-hemoglobin dissociation curve” is a complicated phenomenon that your body creates in response to a life threatening crisis!

But it is NOT accurate to describe this change in arterial blood gases as “your body becoming accustomed to low blood oxygen saturation levels”.

Ignoring low oxygen levels is never in your best interest!

What Is Your Best Chance Of Recovering From Low Oxygen Level?

  •  Every time oxygen levels fall below 92% saturation, you suffer harm, and your heart muscle is weakened.

Preventing all occurrence of low oxygen level is your best chance of strengthening your heart muscle and reducing your oxygen need.

  •  Wheezy irritated lungs don’t move air very well.

Soothing your wheezing irritated lungs may reduce your oxygen need.

However, if you are wheezy and/or you are retaining fluid, keep a close watch for low oxygen levels when you are active, sleeping, and with bowel movements.

  •  If your lungs are damaged from smoking, chemical inhalants, recurring pneumonia, or some other source of lung damage, then you may never recover. You may need supplemental oxygen for the rest of your life.

If you do not meet this oxygen need, you will weaken your heart muscle forcing it to enlarge in attempt to meet your needs.

Meet your oxygen needs in order to maintain the strength of your heart muscle, your active lifestyle and your independence!

There may be other contributing factors to your disease process, but you need to meet your oxygen need to buy time to find your answers.

(With end of life issues, maintaining some strength means fewer bed sores.)

  •  If you have an enlarged heart that does not function well, you may need oxygen for the rest of your life.

If you choose not to use oxygen at this point, your neglect will result in the loss of your eye sight, short term memory, your strength, and your charming disposition.

Recovery from heart failure really is possible, but you won’t do it without addressing low oxygen saturation levels.

  •  Your breathing is the secret to your body’s amazing ability to heal!

Anita had been told for years that she needed supplemental oxygen.  She resisted using it as much as she could.  Unless she was very ill … she didn’t.When Anita came to the Life Breath Club she was bummed out a bit when she was finally convinced that she really did need to use supplemental oxygen. She committed to at least putting the Life Breath Coach’s advice to the test to see if it would make a difference.IT DID!With Life Breath Coaching Anita was able to:

  • Lose twenty pounds in less than a month without effort!
  • Stop taking diuretics completely and cut blood pressure meds in half within two months!
  • Drastically improve her night time breathing and reduce her sleep apnea!
