Does the thought of a tall bubbling glass of soda on ice make you thirsty? I mean doesn’t it make everyone salivate?
Have a Coke and a smile, right?
The craving for that bubbling glass of smiling goodness has become an epidemic.
Are you addicted to soda? Is it your drug?
Do you know why you should consider giving soda up?
- Soda habits play a key role in obesity.
- Sugar loaded sodas feed inflammation and inflammation is the cause of all chronic illness!
- Phosphorus in soda will WEAKEN YOUR BONES!
Soda Undermines Your Health!
If you have a soda plan, you can’t really say you have a healthy diet plan, can you?
Loading up on sugar without nutritional value is a recipe for disaster. Obesity is a deterrent to living an active lifestyle, as is the stimulating effect of caffeine.
The effect caffeine has on your biochemistry is much like borrowing energy like you would borrow money from the bank.
You eventually gotta pay back that borrowed energy.
Maybe that anchor you are dragging around has more to do with your soda, coffee and tea habit than it does age. You really can’t tell what effect caffeine is having on you until you have been “clean” for at least 90 days!
When you have with drawl from caffeine, or any other drug for that matter, you can be sure that you are upsetting the normal balance of neuro-chemistry in your brain.
A Healthy Diet Plan is about what you don’t eat as much as it is about what you do!
Seriously! Dealing with this one health issue can help you avoid osteoporosis, obesity and sedentary lifestyle!

Aloha Marsha,
Very interesting question. I like to quote Dr. Oz, “more than one is harmful”. There are studies that explore the potential nutritional value of beer, but I think everyone can agree there is no nutritional value to soda.
I checked out your web site. I’m guessing Brian is your husband? I’d love to hear your story. Heart Failure Solutions is working on a project to bring Zen Whole Foods to our community. Ray Plosscowe is a gift to those looking to improve their diet. If you’d like to be a part of the Whole Foods Project just let me know!
Many blessings,
Carrie
Liked the information about carbonated drinks. As a younger person with high metabolism I drank a swimming pool of these drinks. Older now, I prefer an occasional beer to a soft drink. How much of a healthier beverage is this?
